چکیده
The purpose of this ex vivo study was to determine the accuracy template-based guided endodontics for access cavity preparation and root canal detection in posterior teeth. First, three maxillary four mandibular models were constructed using 67 premolars molars, with a total number 135 main canals. Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) three-dimensional 3D surface scans each model performed matched order plan design templates virtually. Template-guided then tooth, followed by postoperative CBCT scanning. Deviations between planned prepared cavities measured after superimposition pre- scans, they analyzed descriptive multivariate statistics. All canals (135/135) detected utilizing endodontics. mean angle deviation 1.4 degrees, deviations at tip base bur 0.24–0.31 mm 0.26–0.29 mm, respectively. This demonstrated that is an accurate predictable method endodontic

Accuracy of three electronic apex locators in anterior and posterior teeth: an ex vivo study.
INTRODUCTION The aim of this study was to determine in anterior teeth, bicuspids, and molars (1) the accuracy of 3 different electronic apex locators (EALs) in detecting the apical foramen and (2) the accuracy of digital radiography in determining the working length (WL), compared with visible control under a microscope. METHODS By using radiovideography (RVG), we measured the lengths of 120 ...
